March Gambling Awareness Month

March is Problem Gambling Awareness month all across the country. State Affiliates will be involved in activities to promote awareness of Problem Gambling. This year’s theme is: “Have The Conversation” and it encourages people in all areas of life to become familiar with how Problem Gambling affects our State of Georgia. Problem Gambing is a disease that impacts each person in the life of the Problem Gambler. The Council is in preparation for an event with the Alabama Council on Compulsive Gambling.
